About Me

Environmental scientist by day, indie author by night. Possibly also Batman—but you didn’t hear that from me.

I began my writing journey in 2020 during the good ole COVID lockdown. Being home gave me the time I needed to finally sit down and write the story I’d always wanted to tell, resulting in my debut novel, Love & Defiance, book one in the Reckoning Hearts series. I grew up hearing the forbidden love story between my great-great-grandparents, and now I'm incredible ecstatic that the world can read their emotional tale.

Then the world returned to something resembling normal, and from 2022 to 2023, my husband and I moved to South Korea for his job in tech. It was the grand adventure that inspired my second novel, SeoulMates, and the upcoming books in the Seoulful Love series.

 

These days, I call Georgetown, Texas, home, where I live with my husband, Paul, and our two dogs, Mr. Snuffles and Chester-Bester-Boo-Bear. I’m a lover of em dashes, iced Americanos, swoony happily-ever-afters, and making people laugh until their sides hurt. In my spare time, you can usually find me at the local dog park or curled up on the couch with a good book in hand.
